FAQ
Providing clarity on our processes, dedicated support, and strategic partnership
S24 or traditional notarial registration — which should I choose?
Registration via the S24 system is faster, but limits the articles of association to a standard template. A notarial deed allows for full personalisation of the agreement and the inclusion of bespoke protective clauses. We will help you assess which solution is best suited to your business.
How long does it take to incorporate a limited liability company?
Via the S24 system, a company can be registered in as little as 2–3 business days. Traditional registration (through the PRS system with a notarial deed) typically takes between 7 and 14 days, depending on the workload of the relevant KRS division.
Do you support foreign nationals in setting up companies in Poland?
Yes, we specialise in serving foreign investors. We advise on residence legalisation, obtaining PESEL numbers and coordinate registration processes for entities with international capital.
Do I need to be physically present in Poland to incorporate a company?
This is not necessary. The vast majority of formalities can be completed remotely, on the basis of powers of attorney granted in notarial form (apostilled where required).
What is the cost of company registration?
The cost of the service depends on the chosen legal form and the selected registration method (S24 system or notarial deed). During the initial consultation, we present a transparent breakdown of costs tailored to the chosen business model.
